It was done for Condominiums, Mixed Res/Comm. buildings

It probably includes all the multi-storey residential buildings in these wards, the dataset noted that this assumption needs to be checked with the Census Tables, not available with this study

The intensity in these wards ranged from MM8 to MM10.5, on average MM9 (excl. Tarumi)
