notes

national data for building types other than RC, Brick, and wood are inferred, as there is a significant discrepancy between the national damage level breakdown (minor damage at 1%, for 8773 buildings, this is around 88 buildings, but for RC building type alone, there is 1217 records of minor damaged buildings, therefore the liberty has been taken to assume the national damage breakdown is probably only for building types other than RC, brick, and wood buildings, denoted by *)

There's discrepancy everywhere in the data, for example, the total number of RC building would be different in the tally by vintage than in the tally by height, even though unknown category is included.

For national data, RC is also divided by vintage, but the division for height is shown; brick and wood are both divided by occupancy type (residence, commercial, etc), but only vintage is shown (height not available, but most of wooden buildings are at most 2-story tall, brick buildings usualy do not exceed 4-5 story tall, and mostly 1-3 story tall)
